The FRODDO project is proud to announce its participation in the first official webinar of the EU-funded Road Safety Cluster, scheduled for 25 February 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00 CET. This event will serve as an introduction to the cutting-edge solutions being developed by the cluster’s six pioneering projects: AI4CCAM, HEIDI, EVENTS, PHOEBE, SOTERIA, and FRODDO.

The Road Safety Cluster: A Collaborative Effort for Safer Urban Mobility

The EU-funded Road Safety Cluster was established in October 2024, bringing together ambitious projects aimed at enhancing road safety, automated mobility, and improving interactions between drivers and vulnerable road users (VRUs). Initially formed by AI4CCAM, HEIDI, EVENTS, PHOEBE, and SOTERIA, the cluster was recently strengthened with the addition of FRODDO, further amplifying its impact on developing safer, more inclusive, and resilient mobility solutions.

Focused on “Road Safety in Complex Urban Environments”, the cluster is dedicated to promoting a safe, inclusive, and sustainable mobility ecosystem. By uniting efforts across multiple initiatives, it aims to drive technological innovation and policy advancements that will transform European transport research and set new benchmarks for road safety and automated mobility.
